How to Join
Step 1: Contact Pastor David Jacoby at (608) 346-1580 or email at davidjacoby65@hotmail.com
Step 2: Take the New Member Class.
Step 3: Get Baptized (if you have never been baptized before) and Officially Become a Member.
Step 4: Attend Sunday Worship, Receive the Lord’s Supper, and Grow as a Disciple of Jesus Christ.
